This is going well but is a hell of a drive

please do not feel like this, understand that i like you very much and think about you all the time, sometimes for me is hard to show my feeling, perhaps i hold back on some of my feelings beause in the past i have been hurt by it. although i know you would not hurt me but perhaps i am too cautious.
the fact that we live so far away and see each other not so often also makes it hard for me day to day, i would be happy if we were together all the time, perhaps again i hold somethings back because this is not the case and maybe it is easier for me to deal with being far away from you by doing this.
understand sweetie i do really like you and hope that things can continue as they have been, i am very happy being with you, i also think you are very special and have not been with a girl with such a big and giving heart.
i miss you an awful lot and the fact that we have not seen each other for two months i think is making it more difficult for us.
perhaps i should write more letters to you like this to tell you i am here for you and that you should not worry about this because i do really feel a lot for you.

5 adet kuru soÄŸan
1 su bardağı zeytinyağı
2 su bardağı pirinç (Baldo veya Bersani)
2 su bardağı ılık su
1 tatlı kaşığı toz şeker
Tuz
1 tatlı kaşığı Karabiber (İsteğe göre arttırılıp, azaltılabilir)
1 tatlı kaşığı Yenibahar (İsteğe göre arttırılıp, azaltılabilir)
1 tatlı kaşığı Tarçın (İsteğe göre arttırılıp, azaltılabilir)

Yapılışı:
Midyelerin kabuklarının üstlerini bıçakla kazıyarak iyice temizleyin ve karınlarını dipteki kası kırarak tamamen açın (dikkat ikiye bölmeyin). Midyenin içindeki sakal ve incileri sivri bir makasın ucuyla temizleyin. İyicene yıkayıp süzülmesi için bir kevgire koyup bekletin.
Soğanları ufak parçalar halinde doğrayın zeytinyağında hafif (kararmayacak şekilde) kavurun. Buna yıkanmış pirinç ve tuz ilave edip, pirinçler cam görüntüsünü alıncaya kadar kavurun karabiber, tarçın, yenibahar, toz şeker ve 2 bardak ılık su ilave edip pirinç suyunu çekinceye kadar orta hararetli bir ateşte pişirin ve kapağını kapayıp soğumaya bırakın. Soğuyunca kapağı açık midyelerin içine iyice doldurun ve midyelerin kapaklarını kapatın. Midyeleri bir tencerenin içine muntazam bir şekilde hareket edemeyecek bir tarzda dizin, üzerini 2 cm civarı geçecek kadar su (yaklaşık 2 su bardağına denk geliyor) dökün ve ağır ateşte suyunu çekene kadar pişirin.
